Beth Goff-McMillan

CEO of SKG, Founder of Folio

Beth Goff-McMillan is the CEO of SKG, one of the largest woman-owned businesses in Texas, and the founder of FOLIO. With over 25 years in the commercial furnishings industry, Beth is a visionary leader who helps organizations—from Fortune 500 companies and hospitals to universities and government agencies—create intentional spaces that energize people and fuel performance.

But for Beth, space is never just physical. It’s personal. It’s relational. It’s generational. Her mission is to help leaders own their space, whether they’re building companies, driving change, or reclaiming their voice. She believes that when we design spaces that honor who we are and what we’re capable of, we unlock clarity, connection, and long-lasting impact.

Under her leadership, SKG has become a culture-first company, named to the Inc. 5000 list three years in a row and recognized among the Best Places to Work in Austin and San Antonio. The company has expanded into flagship showrooms and launched the region’s first Healing & Learning Center, a research-based hub for restorative design.

Beth is also the founder of FOLIO, the first SaaS platform built for the commercial furnishings industry—a tech solution born from her deep industry experience and commitment to transparency, scale, and transformation.

At the core of Beth’s life is family. She credits her success to the love, grounding, and energy she draws from her husband, children, and the generations of hard-working people who shaped her. Raised with Marine-discipline on a farm, Beth learned early the value of grit, service, and showing up for the people who matter most. Those same values guide how she leads teams, mentors rising professionals, and makes space for her own family—even on the busiest days.

A Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute, Beth has served as the first woman chair of YPO Austin and on boards including the University of Texas Leadership and Ethics Council and the Austin Women’s Fund. She currently serves as the inaugural Board Chair of the Texas State University Interior Design Program Advisory Board, a role she took on to help strengthen the bridge between academia and industry and prepare the next generation of designers for what comes after graduation. She was named 2023 CEO of the Year by the Austin Business Journal, an EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and a 2026 Enterprising Women of the Year.
