SUPPORT SERVICE SPECIALIST

As a Support Services Specialist for SKG, we expect that you support in-house selling activities to advance the sale through the proper process allowing the seller to remain in an active sales role. The specific tasks are as follows:

+ Help seller develop visuals and communication strategies

+ Assist with initial set up of the project and confirm the various teams are doing their part

+ Pull together pricing, prepare proposals, prepare final order packages.

+ Understand Knoll and non-Knoll products

+ Confirm orders are being processed and will hit ship dates.

+ Process work orders; non-bills.

+ Prioritize workload, have high level of organization and strong attention to detail
