She started the company in 1996 as the Shelton-Keller Group and it has grown beyond its headquarters in Austin to include a second location in San Antonio. The company employs more than 80 design, support and strategic workplace professionals serving clients across the country. Diana has fostered the company’s growth with an impeccable record of customer service. She has instilled in the organization a focus on achieving a successful outcome for every client. Diana is a devotee of design with an ability to understand the subtle functional elements most people take for granted in their daily lives. Diana is a member of the University of Texas School of Architecture Advisory Council and she serves on the board of the Charles Moore Foundation.

Beth Goff-McMillan

Beth understands it’s not just furniture. Where and how employees work has everything to do with their level of engagement, which ultimately results in an organization’s success. She started on her journey with Knoll as part of the distribution channel, moved to manufacturing, was a regional manager for Knoll, and has brought her experience full circle as CEO and Owner. Beth’s goal is to solve problems before they arise and set businesses up for success. She is focused on process improvement, strategic planning, and ensuring clients receive their maximum return by focusing on their business objectives. Beth is a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute, a member of the Austin Chapter YPO, Board of YPO, on the Steering Committee for Austin Women’s Fund, 2018 Chair of AWF Keyholder.

Baret Meazell

Baret is responsible for ensuring SKG’s systems are operating at peak efficiency to get orders from the sales team to the vendors into the warehouse and installed for customers in a seamless manner. He was chief financial officer of Billy Reid, a luxury lifestyle brand based in Alabama, before joining SKG. Baret graduated with an accounting degree from the University of Texas in Austin and has an MBA from the University of Florida. Right after graduating from UT he was the overnight DJ on Z102 in Austin and briefly considered a radio career.

Chief of Staff
Emily is driven by a love for improving how people work. Whether by refining business workflows or implementing new technologies, her goal is to drive efficient and effective organizations. Her career in the contract furniture industry began in project management and grew into various operational excellence roles. As Chief of Staff at SKG, she is responsible for organizing and prioritizing critical corporate initiatives and projects. She provides support to the leadership and executive teams and drives the organization’s ongoing efforts to develop and implement best-in-class processes and procedures. Emily has Bachelor’s Degrees in Neuroscience and Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas, and an MBA from Texas Woman’s University.

Vice President of Business Development
Jay has built a long and successful career as a sales leader fueled by his ability to forge meaningful relationships with his customers. He is an outstanding provider of client solutions due to that capacity to connect with people. Before joining SKG, Jay was Vice President of Business Development at a North Texas Knoll dealership where he spent 20 years helping to build it from scratch to one of the dominant dealerships in that market. He spent 17 years in the energy business before that, selling trucking and pipeline services for Koch Industries. In each case — oil or furniture — it was all about the people.
