SKG’s dedicated project managers take the lead once an order is placed, and manage all the details of order tracking, scheduling, and managing installation and post-installation efforts. They work cohesively with the full project team including architects, designers, planners, engineers, general contractors and equipment planners to ensure a successful project outcome.

  • Schedule orders relative to product lead time and installation sequence, manage schedule and critical path issues
  • Coordinate and manage delivery and installation of all products. Work with on-site trades, client, and general contractor to ensure smooth installation of items
  • Send daily progress updates to internal and external team during installation
  • Upon completion of project complete punch walk through with client and architect. Manage ordering, installation and completion of punch list and repairs
  • PMP and CHC Certified Project Managers
  • OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 Certified
